I have successfully done PUB & SUB in MQ 7.0 But where i have specify the Subscription detail as destination QM & destiantion Qname are specified on same but iam nt able to specify other QmGR & other Qname ...
iam getting error QM not available fr connection
....

Then you have not successfully set it up.

Review the documentation again.

THINK about what the documentation says.

It's probably easier to send it a remote queue definition on the local queue manager, that then forwards it to the other QM.

No, I mean to send the subscribed message from QM A to QM B.

You can have an adminstrative sub on QM A - whose dest is a remote queue definition on QM A, which in turn refers to a queue on QM B.

The alternative is to have distributed pub/sub - which of course works but can be more complex to set up.
