I have very simple questions which I did not find an answer for.

MB has 3 processes:

bipservice <brokername>
bipbroker <broker>
biphttplistener <broker>

I did not find any official document for the broker processes. Googled gave me this.

bipservice is a controlling process which was bipbroker. In turn bipbroker monitor the EG and starts eg.

And the biphttplistener is the httplistener process obviously. does that mena there is broker brokess ? or bipbroker is broker process which monitors EG.

the obviously there is process for each EG.

but if the httplistener is turned off, we can not see these processes. so all broker do not need to have it.

is my understanding correct?

thanks

Each execution group has a DataFlowEngine process. You would know the answers to your questions if you had attended the training class:
