Hi

I'm trying to install MQ 5.3 on redhat Lin7.2.It is created group/user called mqm.Now i was trying to create QMGR it is showing error AM!7077.
this is due rights problems.
Again i was trying to login mqm user with pass is password,it is giving password incorrect.

Now Q is What is the password for mqm user.??

Well assuming you have root access, you can just 'su - mqm' and you won't be prompted for the password. Similarly you can use 'passwd mqm' to change the password for the mqm user to whatever you want.

I was trying to change the password,But i am getting below error

root]# passwd mqm
Changing password for user mqm
New password:
BAD PASSWORD: it is based on a dictionary word
Retype new password:

That means you are entering a password that is too simple for the security policies set up on your machine.
