| We have a set of queues whose MAXDEPTH has been set to 5000. However, if there are TimeOut messages received on the queues, they continue to stay on the queue, without getting cleared. I would like to know, how to clear the queue, based on the timestamp of the message, and remove the messages that are more than a day old. Please help. |

In the short term: write an application, or adapt one of the samples, that will check the time-stamp in the message header and get the message if it is outside the required parameter.
In the long term: Get whomever is sending the messages to set expiry.
