We are facing trigger monitor issue continuously after some peroiod of time intervals.If I restart the queue manager its working fine and it repeats after 10 hours.

Trigger monitor is getting started automatically but its displaying the below error.
error:
3/7/2012 23:08:35: Error '3' starting triggered application (errno 0).

3/7/2012 23:08:35: WebSphere MQ trigger monitor ended.

And what happens if you do not restart the qmgr but just restart the service?

Gawd, I hate pronouns.

What is the it that is working fine? The trigger monitor? Or the triggered application?

What is the it that repeats after 10 hours?

Is the triggered application in the filesystem path? Exec access to the program file? These are often the cause of apps that fail to start.

Now I had checked the error logs and I see its 2035 issue.Its resolved.
