Hello,
I was recently able to update DB2 table on os/390 from a message flow running on AIX. The dba created the odbc data source and updated the .odbc.ini. That was last week. Since then, that data source has been recreated exactly the same as the old one (at least according to the dba that is) just under a new name . I made all the necessary changes in my message flow and updated the .odbc.ini file. Now I get the following exception returned:
[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL1013N The database alias name or database name "DSN2" could not be found. SQLSTATE=42705
The dba has tested the connection using the command line db2connect and has no problems making the connection. We did just upgrade to CSD4. The previous successful attempt was done under CSD3. Are there any issues with CSD4 and database nodes? Any ideas why I could connect fine using one data source, then cant connect using a replica data source with a different name? |

It also might be important to note that the broker the nmessage flow is running on has not yet been upgraded to CSD4. Only the config manager has been upgraded at this point. |

Well, it was a problem on the DB2 side apparently. Problem has been fixed. |
