Your spelling has improved - good start!

Google MQ Primer and follow it on from there

For the record, this is the OP's earlier (and almost identical) plea for help.

Please also note that we frown here on SMS short cuts.
So write you and not "u"... you're not getting any bonuses for writing with less characters here...

As a minimum, go through the rest of the InfoCenter, then start work on a Sandbox.

Better still, take some formal training.

IBM offers an excellent 4-day, lecture and hands-on lab exercise class:
WM201 WebSphere MQ System Administration (Windows labs)
WM202 WebSphere MQ System Administration (AIX labs)
WM203 WebSphere MQ System Administration (Linux labs)

Here's the URL for the Linux flavor: http://www-304.ibm.com/jct03001c/services/learning/ites.wss/us/en?pageType=course_search&sortBy=5&searchType=1&sortDirection=9&includeNotScheduled=15&rowStart=0&rowsToReturn=20&maxSearchResults=200&language=en&country=us&searchString=wm203

As you begin your technical journey, you should strive for technical precision.

The title of this post is need help..., is not precise. Next time you post, please be more specific as to exactly what you want/need. You might want to consider asking a question in the title. For example, 'how do I begin learning mq?'
