Hi,

In a broker BAR file, under a flow (.cmf) if we click on the Input Node, we can see a property as "Additional instances pool" - its a drop down with two values that can be set
"Use Pool associated with Message Flow" or
"Use Pool associated with Node"

The first option (Use pool associated with Message Flow) is clear to me as it depends on the number of additional instances specified in BAR file i.e. if it "additional instances" is 5, then there are 6 total instances available for the flow.

But what is meant by "Use Pool associated with Node" ? Where can i set the additional instances at a node level ?

Some input nodes allow this setting. MQInput ->Properties -> Instances. You would know this if you had attended the training class.
