Hi,
It does not seem possible to access a WSDL file or even a message set with Message Broker API. It would be nice to be able to fetch operation names, for example. I instantiated a built-in MQ request-response pattern and that was also dissapointingly generic, I would have expected same kind of behaviour that you get by dragging and dropping a WSDL into a flow, a SOAPExtract and labels...
Making workspace location a pattern parameter and accessing the wsdl via the file system is a bit clumsy, I think. Has anyone figured out a better workaround? |

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |

I believe ESA is talking design time, not runtime.
I.e. I think that ESA is trying to create a pattern that is smart about WSDLs and message sets. |

If you get the WSDL's etc at runtime from a repository such as WSRR, getting them at design time from the same repository would complete the circle nicely.
Just a thought... _________________ WMQ User since 1999
