BIP0067E An unexpected exception occurred: com.ibm.ivm.tools.model.WebDAVResourceNotFound.

Hi ALL,
I am trying to debug a message flow.
After clicking Start Debugging I am getting following Exception:

A com.ibm.ivm.tools.model.WebDAVResourceNotFound exception occurred which reported the following message:
BIP0404E The requested resource could not be found either on
the local repository or on the Configuration Manager.
The resource may have been deleted by another user.

The resource type was: Broker.
The resource name was: MQSI_SAMPLE_BROKER.
The URL was: http://localhost/deploymq/ibm_82:1515/MQSI_SAMPLE_QM/Broker/a5923832-dd00-0000-0080-ab4b84e10d89.

Turn on Control Center tracing to capture details of the error.
Retry the operation and contact your IBM support center.

What could be the reason?
Do I need to install something?

Pls let me know If you have came across such Error.
