What MQ version is best to use when setting up a cluster between OS/390 verion 2.10 MQ Version ?? and AIX 4.3.3 MQ series V5.2

Naturally the recommendation would be to get the latest version of MQ on the mainframe as you can (5.2 in this case). However I know that upgrade windows on OS/390 are few and far between so if you cannot get an MQ upgrade on your mainframe then MQ version 2.1 functions quite happily with MQ 5.2 on AIX.
