Hi ,
As part of the WMB Fixpack installation i have taken backup of configmanager(mqsibackupconfigmgr) and filesystem(var/mqsi).
After the back, configmanager wont start and i see below errors, please help.

| after copying directory /var/mqsi/components/CMGR_PRD61 from the filesystem backup , i was able to start the configmanager but i cannot stop/start flows from messagebroker toolkit |

Give it an 20 mins for everything to synchronize and try then.

Its been running from past 1 hour but still no luck , any suggestions.
does restoring from mqsibackupconfigmgr works , as this is production i am not comfortable in running the mqsibackupconfigmgr . |

restored configmgr using mqsirestoreconfigmgr but no luck its still same issue , cannot do any admin tasks .
Cannot think anything , Any ideas on what would be the next steps . |

Delete the configmgr and re-create it from scratch.
There are details of how to associate a broker with a new configmgr in the docs.

Hi FJB,
I deleted and recreated the configmgr and used mqsirestoreconfigmgr to backup as mentioned the below link.
But still same errors cannot issue any admin commands stop/start of lfows.

Not sure if i can try:
Recovering the Configuration Manager when no backup of the repository is available.
if we use the recovering from nobackup information relating to message flow dependent resources, such as deployed dictionaries and JAR files,, does not appear as being deployed.

backconfgmgr files were corrupted and we are not sure how .
Resolved after doing below steps:
delete configmgr(-n option)
create configmgr
restore configmgr from last week
start configmgr
channels betwen cmgr&Brkr were out of sequence , reset channels.
Boom all works now.

As smdavies said: Delete the config manager and recreate from scratch.
At this point it is not associated with any broker.
Follow the manual in associating the brokers with this new config manager...
