can any body help me how to define default value for a repeatable complex element in the TDS message set.

The TDS parser does not apply default values unless all of the following are true:
- The element is simple
- The element's parent group/complex type has Data Element Separation=Fixed Length
- The element is being written ( no defaults are used when parsing )
