Will mqsilist command displays the message flows in a broker. It only displays the brokers present and config manager.

Yes, if you use the -e executiongroup or (in v7) -r flag. Read the mqsilist documentation for more information.

Please don't be one of these people who just throws "what do I need to do in broker to complete these tasks I've been given" questions without thinking and/or investigating.
