I am facing the problem with like people wanting help without describing adequately the problem they're asking help for...
If it is a SEV1 issue, open a PMR with IBM _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

You haven't given any information that can be used to assist you.
You should perform local troubleshooting. If you run into pieces of data from this process, for example a piece of the error log or of a command trace, and you don't know what these mean, then you can post it and we can try to help from that.
Nothing you have said will let anyone, even IBM support, assist you with this issue, regardless of how important it is to you. So if you *do* open a SEV1 PMR with IBM, the first thing you will be told is to complete the MUST GATHER.
Why, exactly, is it a production issue that mqsilist is not working? You have claimed that the actual runtime is performing just fine. So if you can't, temporarily, run an mqsilist command, then how is that affecting production? |

Did you sudo into the mqbrkrs service id first ? Executing mqsilist without proper group membership may not yield the best results.
Also, did you attend WMB Administrator's training provided by IBM?
The WMB643 WMB Administrator course teaches students how to use common WebSphere Message Broker administrative interfaces, including the WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit, WebSphere Message Broker Explorer, and the command-line interface. Topics include initial installation and subsequent maintenance tasks, environment configuration, and routine administration tasks such as backup and recovery of the environment. Interactive discussions cover topics such as product requirements planning, problem determination and resolution, performance monitoring and tuning, and techniques for extending the capabilities of WebSphere Message Broker. This course also covers the publish/subscribe model and provides students with a review of the Java Message Service (JMS) transport protocol and web services.
If you have not taken this class, what is holding you back? _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks
