I have a very simple message flow.
I have one input node (INQ) and one output node (OUTQ)
First time I PUT a message to INQ the message is sent to OUTQ
When I put a second message the message is not showing up in OUTQ. Also the message is not in the INQ.
If I restart the Broker and ConfigMgr, on the first PUT, the message is going to OUTQ and then on the messages vanishes.
Whats wrong. Where do I start looking.

Most likely there is some error occuring within your message flow. Please look for any Error message in your Event Veiwer.
How are you reading your input message as (BLOB, XML, MRM, etc)?
Attach a Trace node to the catch terminal of your MQInput node. Configure your Trace node to write ${ExceptionList} to some file and attach the out terminal of thos Trace node to the CATCHQ. Also, attach the Failure terminal of your MQInput node to FAILQ.
Now your message will either land on CATCHQ, FAILQ or OUTQ. Also you will have error details in the trace file created by Trace node.
