Chaps,
I am using WMB 7.0.0.2 & want the long description for newly created message flows to be automatically populated with the following text...
$MQSI_VERSION $Revision$: MQSI$
$MQSI_Date $Date$: MQSI$
$MQSI_URL $HeadURL$: MQSI$
$MQSI_Author $Author$: MQSI$
These values will be expanded by SVN when the file is checked in & by having the content automatically set upon creating means the developers do not have to complete the comment manually.
Can this be configured in Eclipse & if so, how?
Sorry if this question has been answered previously but I could not find it.

No, it cannot.
Besides, what else would a WMB developer do with his day if Eclipse did all the work? _________________ http://leanpub.com/IIB_Tips_and_Tricks

Well.
One could probably make unauthorized and unsupported changes to Toolkit internal files, buried somewhere under the plugins directory.
Or one could, in fact, do the *smart* thing, and have your developers create all their flows using a Pattern that has been preconfigured to have all of the necessary things set up before hand, including perhaps a common error handling routine. |

Nothig quite like a plug for patterns to brighten up the day. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions. |
