Hi All - In one of our windows box listener process is ending all of sudden and no errors/fdc generated.
In QM logs we do see
AMQ5027: The Listener 'SSDSRV4P01.1414.LISTENER' has ended. ProcessId(7448).
EXPLANATION:
The Listener process has ended.
Could any one let me know what would have caused this.We don't have any clue apart from above stmts in QM log.
Thanks |

The most likely cause is that you have not secured your queue manager and someone is telling the Listener object to stop.
The other most likely cause is that you have not configured the listener object correctly, and it is stopping because it is supposed to based on the manner in which it is configured. |

I do feel that it was killed by some OS process or user and I don't think so that will be recorded in our logs.
Also would like to confirm will netork issue lead this to happen by any chance.
Thanks |

Not without errors in the relevant AMQ log file, at least. |

You would need to analyze the FDC error and syslogs for exact root cause of this issue.

Does the channel work at all? Do messages flow across the channel? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
