How to check duplication of record

My requirement is that, i m getting a mail consisting of 5 csv file which is as input for further transformation. in second e-mai i m getting 4 csv file but out of these four files one file is repeating..so how would i can check this duplication using message broker..please suggest

Take whatever content of the file qualifies it as "duplicate".

Put it in a database.

If another file arrives with identical content, that's a duplicate.
