Hi everyone,
I have a question like how can we make a queue as high available.Regarding this i am assuming we have to make it by setting up HACMP or do we have any other way.Answer to it will be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

And let me just state for completeness that queues have no life of their own. They are sub-entities of a qmgr.

In consequence the entity you need to make highly available is the qmgr.

The one and only way for queue high-availability is with a Queue Sharing Group (QSG) of queue managers - and that means z/OS (mainframe).

If you want queue manager high-availability, then I defer to the comments made by my highly-esteemed board colleagues.

And it still requires the QSG and at least one of the qmgrs participating in the QSG and hosting the queue to be available...
