I have a client which is sending a message to a local v7 Queue Manager (when I say local I mean within our datacentre). The Queue Manager then sends this message to a 3rd party Queue Manager which requires certain fields to be set (applicationIdData, userId etc).
This all works fine when the alias the client sends to simply points to a remote queue.
We have recently implemented pub/sub to allow us greater flexibility on the queue manager (to duplicate & log messages for instance). The alias now points to a topic and we have one or more durable subscribers to that topic which publish to a queue and sends to the external Queue Manager.
Unfortunately, the headers fields appear to be removed when the message is sent on. Is there an option on the subscription to preserve these details? We have no ability to code any user exits on the Queue Manager - all we have are the options given to us in MQExplorer.
Thanks, Mike |

Try setting the PSPROP value on the subscription to the various values allowed and see what happens. E.g. to NONE. |

I prefer NONE myself, stops pub/sub messing around with the original message. |
