Hi all:

Im changing the password of one of my users of one of my datasources that uses the broker... but It never updates the password... in fact The error that throws the broker is: "Invalid Username and Password" but that user and password works with one client of Database (Aqua datastudio)...

What can be the solution? (I have deleted the username with mqsisetdbparams and create it again with mqsisetdbparams and It stills gives me the error: "Invalid Username and Password") I'm a bit desesperated.

Does the new password have any special characters? If so, you'll have to escape the password in quotes.

YES THAT WAS THE PROBLEM... THE PASSWORD HAS "$"... and IN Unix is a problem (it thinks it's an environment variable)...
