Can you see the queue manager in a dspmq command?
Is the queue manager properly configured?
Is it on the same box as the MQExplorer? If not, can other utilities connect with the details MQExplorer is trying to use?
What have you already tried to fix this aside from posting here? There's no point us suggesting things which have already not helped. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

It could be as simple as expanding the Queue managers icon in the left pane of the explorer. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Or as simple as restarting the machine.
Or as simple as logging in as a user that has sufficient mq privileges. |

Is that what you cut the users with? When you cut them? And cut them? And cut them???

While the simplest possible cause for the issue is indeed that the user has failed to expand the Queue Managers tree, that is not the MOST LIKELY simplest cause.
The SIMPLEST AND MOST LIKELY cause is that the user has, on Windows, installed MQ and then immediately launched MQ Explorer and immediately tried to create queue managers.
This will, indeed, cause the queue managers to not show up in MQ Explorer EVEN IF the Queue Managers tree is expanded. But it's because MQ hasn't had a chance to fully set up authorities and authority checking and etc. etc. etc. |

So, elecktra, did you use the WMQ Explorer on the same o/s image where you created the qmgr? (Local administration.)
Or did you use the explorer to create a qmgr on another o/s image (across a network)? (Remote administration.) _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

I restart and still cannot see my existing mq manager. When I check "C:\Program Files\IBM\WebSphere MQ\Qmgrs" this path I found out those existing ones but still cannot see in the MQ Explorer

Perhaps you need to start them from the command prompt in "-si" mode?
However you should be able to see the qmgr itself even if you can't see any object underneath it... Did you run the MQ Explorer as a member of the mqm group? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

First if you did not reboot the box after installation, please do so.
Second you might need to try and start the qmgr using a DOS window with
Code: |
strmqm -si <QMGRNAME> |

Like any other Weblogic artifact - you write some code.
