Dear All,

Is ia99.zip supportpac (for zip and unzip node) is supported on Version 7.0 Broker Toolkit ?

- As i am getting an error with "The software items you selected may not be valid with your current installation".

Unsatisfied dependency: [SupportPacs.Feature.feature.group 1.0.0] requiredCapability: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/com.ibm.etools.mft.api/[6.0.0,7.0.0)

Also, I have a requirement to read a .gz file which will consist of 1 file having multiple records.

Please advise on this, if anyone is having an idea. Help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Prasant

This exact question has been asked before. (with no resolution I might add)

Have you tried emailing the creator? Their email addy is usually on the fron page of the .pdf file.

Let me check the version compatibility with the creator itself.

Why bother waiting on the author? You can accomplish all these things very quickly with Java compute nodes. This support pack is another example of being obsoleted when the Java Compute Node came out. Probably why the support pack was not updated since.

Sigh...

Not all Broker shops have Java coding expertise to hand.
IMHO, using the plugin node avoided the curse of Java Try/Catch blocks ( ).
There again, not all Java coders know what Singletons are.
