Hi,
We are using SAP adapter along with Message Broker 6.0 and recently after SAP upgrade to ECC 6.0 we are receiving error in SAP adapter log for idocs as given below and the connector is not processing any more idocs.

Once we restart the adapter, it is working again. We couldn't point down on the reason of this failure. Any answer or guidance to the point of failure would be highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance. |

Did you check with SAP OSS if you needed to apply a SAPNOTE?
Did you open a PMR with IBM? _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

Hi,
Based on your guidance SAP team is looking for a possible note.
I have already raised a PMR with IBM, they are looking into it as well.
Currently we are lagging in the way to reproduce the issue in a non production environment. |

We are able to re-create the problem in non prod environment.
After restart of SAP adapter for idocs, adapter processed around 6.5K idoc messages whose size approximately around 400mb, adapter is giving null pointer exception.
Clue is, there could be problem for HP Java JIT issue (Just in Time compiler)
IBM solicitating a JRE upgrade to try out.
Can somebody provide me the correct link/site and clear instructions for the JRE upgrade for WebSphere Adapter Framework 2.6.0.12 for HPUX 11.31 Itanium (Not PA-RISC) ? |
