Using what tool? Using what suite, e.g. IBM GSKit or OpenSSL? Have you tried Google? Have you tried anything other than trying to get people to do your work for you?

Im new to MB , i only heared the word Digital certificate , i surfed and got theoritical information and how to create in MS office. Thanks for using the words GSkit,OpenSSL  using that i have surfed and got some info . |

Then why do you want and/or need one?
Get yourself familiar with WMB & WMQ, then tie yourself in knots trying to get a digital certificate where it will do some good.
