Hi all,

we install WebSphere MQ silently on Windows 2008 R2 and everything works fine except the fact that we cannot see any entry within the Windows Registry concerning MQ.

That seems to be a Windows 2008 R2 issue as the same installation on Windows 2003 shows the Registry entries as expected.

Any ideas why the Registry settings cannot be seen on Windows 2008 R2?

Found the entries under HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node

It's not where you would expect it, i.e. the Registry path you probably want is HKLM\Wow6432Node\IBM.
