Hi,

I am trying to convert an XML to a string of data separated by Colons. I have created a local element XYZ (complex type )and added some local elements A,B,C to it. The Data Element Separation property of the this Complex Element is set to All Elements Delimited. For the elements A, B, C, Physical Type is set to Text and I have not specified length for any of these elements. Now I am getting an error " A structure must not have Data Element Separation 'AllElementsDelimited' when its parent structure has Data Element Separation 'FixedLength'. Physical format: 'TDS'. I have not specified any Fixed Length for any of the elements. Could you please help me to undertsand what could be the problem.

Request Format :
<XYZ>
<A>
<B>
<C>
</XYZ>


Expected Output : A:B:C
</XYZ>

So you need to change the Message type to be all elements delimited or at least variable length elements delimited.
