Hi,

As per my project requirement, I need to parse a rich text file and add the rich text file content to email body.

I tried to parse rich text file with BLOB then convert to character. But my email body is created with content+formattings.

I wanted to know if there is any way using which we can parse rich text file?

So you want to convert the incoming rtf into plain text, and add the plain text to an email?

Message broker does not have a built-in parser for the rtf document format. I'm pretty sure that there are Java libraries out there that can do this - I'll let you do the searching, though.
