I am seeking a WMB Systems Administrator who can serve as SME regarding maintaining the WMB environment. This is a senior level role, and will require deep knowledge of WMB Administration with focus on the following:
* Experience configuring/maintaining MIQM (multi instance queue managers) in MQ
* Experience in WMB 7.x and greater
* Administration of WMB on Unix servers
* Installation and configuration of WMB environments
* Coordination and deployment of WMB code to QA and PROD.
* Monitoring and performance tuning on WMB related processes.
* Strong knowledge of WMB best practices: policies, release management, maintenance, etc.
* Strong documentation skills
* Good communication skills
* Strong WMB troubleshooting skills
* Experience with automated deployment tools, scripts, etc.

Candidates need to be Stateside, and at least H1B holders. In these instances, we would transfer the H1B if the candidate wanted to come to work for us as a salaried employee. Beyond that, if there is a 3rd party firm who has someone on staff that is a WMB subject matter expert and they are available, I could do a corp to corp contract.
I hope this provides some clarification.
