Dear once,
We are aware of that we shoud stop broker while execute mqsisetdbparms command.
And, I saw in infor center like below,
Quote: |
You can run the mqsisetdbparms command while the broker is running. However, you must stop and start all execution groups that use the information set by this command before that information is read and used by those execution groups. |
Is it work fine ?
Because , I issued mqsisetdbparms command to set security Identity for my configurable service while broker running and more over I restart my EG but my configurable servcie is not taking the Security Identity which i set in mqsisetdbparms command .
I restarted my EG by command mqsireload <BrokerName> -e <EG>
Anything I made mistake ?

You don't say which version you're running.
Prior to V7, you needed to stop and restart the whole broker in order for a DB change to take effect.
In V7, you just need to run mqsireload against those execution groups that use the identity (like you suggest). |
