Dear All,
If we can call Oracle server using PL/SQL API's...
My question is when calling such API can ESB get that API output??
Here output means like Acknowledgement or any other specifications??
Can you guys please threw some light on this....

You do not appear to have applied the proper amount of thought to this question. It doesn't seem very well organized or clear.
Perhaps you should start by thinking about the different ways that PL/SQL is callable from anything.
And then identify which ESB you mean.
And then identify the mechanisms that that ESB exposes for calling anything.
And then think some more.
And talk to someone at your local shop.
