Hi Pat,
I look at MQSeries Everyplace documentation. In that they specified ES01 and ES02 are service packs and these required mqseries everyplace product software.We are going to ask IBM about this software.

Support pacs are not service packs.
Why not download ES02 and try it out?
It does not have a pre-req of MQE so I think it is self- contained.
