For example, on the JMSInput node, the documentation clearly indicates what properties are "Mandatory" and what properties are "Configurable".

I am looking to see if a new JMS provider name I created is on BAR deployed descriptor.

What is the "JMSProviderName" element name on Broker.xml in BAR file?
Can it be manually changed on deployed-descriptor ?

Nothing in any bar file has any knowledge about what is currently configured on any given runtime.

Never has.

The only properties that can be changed at deploy time are those properties that are Configurable.

As I have said, you can easily determine which properties are Configurable by reading the documentation.
