| I am running a Batch Job with 10 transactions, how can I rollback MQ messages to 3rd transaction. I do not want to use MQCMIT. |

If I understand your question, you want to go backward in time to a transaction that your app committed 7 transactions ago, and back it out.
A Unit of Work is complete at an MQCMIT or MQBACK (or equivalents). WMQ provides no method of un-committing (backing out) other than the current UofW in-flight.
