Is there any other location apart from eventviewer, we can view the broker logs. |

In 6.1 on windows they are merged into a single file called $MQSI_WORKPATH/components/{uuid-eg}/console.txt.
@mqjeff, did v7 change this?
I knew I liked *nix better than Windows for Broker runtime. Now I know why.

And these files don't really contain the same information that's in the system log on either platform. |

Yes.
But that has nothing to do with what I said.
I merely said that stdout/stderr and console.txt do not have the same information as syslog/event viewer output, generally speaking. |
