i have to uninstall it as they are migrating it to other server everything in this server should be remove taht is the reason i have strated for uninstalaltion.

If you are installing WMQ on a new server, AND you are removing everything from the old server, why not just install WMQ on the new server? Later, you can re-image the old server with whatever o/s you choose.

You are assuming that transform is the correct file.

No, I can't. The original install script/documentation should tell you which transform was applied but if you don't have that then all I can suggest is that you hunt down the amqt0001.txt file (normally produced to log the install) and see what transform has been applied. If you can't find that file, or it doesn't state which transform has been applied (if any) try each transform in turn, and if that fails open a PMR.

1.they have reanmed the IBM folder named in program files to IBM_old

And you're wondering why the uninstall didn't work?

What other information are you keeping secret from us?
