By having the channel agent send it to the other end of the channel...
This means you first must fix your channel problem and get your channel into a running state...  _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

if there are messages in the XMITQ queue, it means that qmgr is not able to send the messages to the destination, check if the channel is running, if not, look at the error logs and start the channel....
messages will be romoved from the XMITQ if channel starts. |
