Hi,
Can you please guide me how to create remote database (on oracle) for broker. I'm using message broker 6.1.
We do not want broker and database hosted on same machine as we have dedicated oralce database server and want to use same db server for broker database.
Please suggest me how to create broker database on remote oracle Db server? which parameters need to be use while creating database for broker?

If you upgraded to WMB version 7, you wouldn't have to worry about it because there is no database in version 7. WMB 6.x will be out of support in 2012 (unless extended), so I'm curious as to why you are installing WMB 6 rather than going with the current version?

Same as you do for a locally hosted database - create an ODBC that points to the database and supply it as a parameter when the broker is created.
