What does the documentation on MO71 say?
What happens when you try it?
What mechanism does MO71 use to configure things? |

First tell me what you think the difference is between MQ & MO71. Then I'll answer your question. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

I use google as my first source for answers to questions like yours.
So, I went to Google, and searched for "mo71." The first hit was from an ibm website. When I clicked it, here's what I saw (and read):
MO71: WebSphere MQ for Windows - GUI Administrator
Abstract
MO71 provides a simple, easy to configure GUI interface to administer WebSphere MQ (MQSeries) Queue Managers. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

if you delete a file in windows using the windows explorer, will it be delteted from the explorer gui only or from the hard drive?
if you remove a file in unix using a shell command, what happens? is it just no longer displayed because it is just removed from the shell display, or is it removed from the diskl?
now if you delete a queue from MO71 guess what happens?!?
right. its gone. and there is no recycle bin. _________________ Regards, Butcher |
