How to reset the Broker/Config manager's USer ID and password for a new user.

We have already used the following commands-

mqsistop <<brk>>
mqsistop <<configmgr>>

mqsichangebroker <<brkName>> -i <<newUserId>> -a <<newPassword>>

mqsichangeconfigmgr <<configMgrName>> -i <<newUserId>> -a <<newPassword>>

Also changed the DSN password and userID by going to --> ControlPanel --> AdmninistrativeTools --> DataSourse --> SystemDSN

After exectuing these commands we restarted the system and started the components. And issued -->

mqsireportbroker <<brokerName>>

and found "Broker database userId" still shows old userID

Are we missing anything ?
