Hello All,
I am new to MQ on mainframe.I need your help in knowing what are the basic steps I need to do to go to WMQ after connecting to Mainframe system.i.e. the basic steps....to see MQ objects(QMGRS,Channels,), their status and modifiying them.Just a single exp for three.
I am getting mainframe screen as follows: please guide me how to go ?

First piece of help: if you're so new to mainframe you need to ask this question don't modify anything. WMQ works differently on z/OS and there are a number of z/OS specific parameters on queues which all causes you all sorts of problems if not specified correctly or at all.
(For the experienced z/OS people out there, I'm thinking specifically of putting application queues in page set 0)
Second piece of help: read the z/OS manual. It answers this question and many others, and will stop you causing untold damage (see point 1)
Third piece of help: ask the systems programmer for your site where they've installed the WMQ ISPF panel. Then try and access it. Then find the RACF people for your site and get them to give you the access you're missing. It could be the panel is installed but you can't see it because you have insufficient RACF.
(A good benchmark of knowing enough about z/OS to administer WMQ will be when that point makes sense!)
Fourth piece of help: knock up some JCL and use CSQUTIL (the mainframe version of runmqsc). My comments about RACF apply equally. Likewise when you've managed to write the JCL & it runs, you'll probably have enough z/OS to be safe(ish).

No, that day came a while ago. Most sites lock them out by asking for the specific RACF profiles they want to be attached to.

If you have to ask the question you asked, you need basic z/OS skills. Windows and UNIX sysadmin skills are of little/no value on z/OS.
You need to get trained on the basic interfaces (shells) that z/OS offers. You need the guidance of an experienced z/OS systems programmer BEFORE you attempt working with WMQ.
IBM offers a 4.5-day lecture and hands-on lab exercise course: ES10A Fundamental system skills in z/OS. The class is offered in both classroom and interactive video-conference.
In the ES10A class, you will learn about (and use) Job Control Language (JCL) - the mainframe batch scripting language. You will learn TSO commands (like c: and $ commands). You will learn how to navigate ISPF panels (you included a screenshot in your OP). You will also learn about z/OS UNIX System Services.
If you are being asked to administer WMQ (or anything else) on z/OS without basic system skills, demand training and guidance.
IBM also offers course WM300 WMQ for z/OS System Administration. This one is a 4.0 day lecture and hands-on course that will give you z/OS WMQ skills.
Although 80 percent of WMQ in roughly the same across all platforms, the remaining 20 percent is DRAMATICALLY different on z/OS.
