Hi,

I downloaded the message broker V 7.0.0.1 and tried updating the V 7.0.0.0

I ran the exe but after that when i opened the tollkit, its still showing same version:

WebSphere Message Broker Toolkit - Message Broker

Version: 7.0.0
Build id: 7.0.0-20091028_2100

(c) Copyright IBM Corp. and others 2000, 2009. All rights reserved.

This product is Built on Eclipseâ„¢ (http://www.eclipse.org)

Is something else we need to do?

I also upgraded the broker and that went fine.

Did you do the update via the installation Manager?

You do realize that the broker update and the toolkit update are 2 different "animals" and need to be done separately.
Use the installation manager to update the toolkit.

Read the right hand side in the installation manager. There should be an explanation on how to update off line. You will still have to download a bunch of things but you can ask your IT department to do those downloads for you.
