The same way you would invoke any other WebService from a JSP.

I realize these first steps are over http bindings..., however if you look deeper in the tutorials there are some next steps like SOAP over JMS and some other examples and tutorials to be found on the web.

Okay, I think I was misreading the original post. I thought the intention was to host a JSP in message broker.
The question instead seems to be "how do I make an http request from a JSP."
