Hi All,
I have a Question regaridng the WMB Licencing Question,
Right now we are using the Websphere Message Broker 6.1.0.5 ,
I have instaleld the toolkit on my machine ,
When i installed it from the shared location to my laptop it never asked for any licence ,
We have few people in china who would like to use the toolkit ,How do they go about this ,
Do we need to buy the toolkit licence for all those people in china . If yes do we need the Toolkit+Broker Or Just Toolkit for X number of people .
Could anyone suggest how should i go about installing the WMB for China peole .
Thx

The only person who can answer your licensing questions is your IBM sales rep. Because only your rep knows what deal your site has negociated.

Typically (and again this is a question for the rep) IBM don't worry about how many instances of Toolkit there are; it's the runtime components that are more of interest.
How well people in China can use the Toolkit against your set up depends on where the Configuration Manager is sited and how good your network is, among other questions. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

The broker product license states how developer desktops can be used for both toolkit and broker installations. |

I don't understand the question. The workspace is managed however you manage it if there's one person or one hundred, in the same room or in China.
Personally I always use one workspace per person & rely on source code control. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
