Webservice call error

Hi Guys,

We are calling a webservice using soap request node. The webservice call fails and it gives soap fault message.
The message is as below.

faultcode:CHARACTER:soap:Server
faultstring:java.lang.NullPointerException

Not sure what the probelm is.
Can you guiys throw some light.

Wild guess - the webservice is abending when you call it, most likely with a null pointer exception. First point of investigation - the guy who wrote the webservice.
