Hi all,

we have message broker V6.1 running on AIX system with user ID "brkuser1".
Now we have a flow where we are using MQOutput Node and have enabled context secutiry with Alternate user Authority parameter is ticked and Message Context set to "Set All".

we are setting the MQMD user Identifier in the compute node before MQOutput node, using the below set statement.

SET OutputRoot.MQMD.UserIdentifier = 'appuser1'

I also debugged the flow with a break point just before MQOutput Node and found that the MQMD--UserID was set to 'appuser1' and the corresponding output queue have the put permission for user appuser1.
Message also gets put successfully in the queue, but the problem is when I browse that queue(using RFHUTIL or amqsbcg program on AIX), the UserIdentifier values shown as 'brkuser', shouldn't this value be 'appuser1'

why is it so, any idea friendz?

Krypton,

Check the MQOutput Node Message Context properties.
