hi all,

i need small help.iam unable to delete a channel from the qmanager qm1 .previously the qmanager is a full repository for the cluster.and the other repository crashed for some reasons we had to uninstall the server there .So Now we have suspended the qmgr and removed the repository attribute and want to remove the channels, the clussdr channel is deleted but the clusrcvr channel is not getting deleted giving the following error. Should we do something with the repository queue.

Hi,

Even I had same problem,i was able to resolve it by doing following steps.

Bring down the queue manager
CD to MQ_Home\Qmgrs\<QM_NAME>\@ipcc

Cut and Paste the AMQRSYNA.DAT file to some other location
start queue manager
you should now be able to delete the channel.

after deleting channel, again copy paste file to original postion.

From FDC , It looks like runmqdlq process is killed forcefully by user jpeela . is this appropriate FDC .. it does not look like relavant to problem you have stated above

I don't think jpeela is still trying to resolve this 4 years later.
