Need to optimize the code so that the flow could work quickly. To process and send a large file takes a lot a CPU time. Also there are lookups and external webservices involved. Can anybody suggest some approach?

Please also mention what parts of previous discussions, postings & redbooks on large file handling & flow optimization are unsuitible for your scenario.
