I am new to MQ clustering, can anyone please help me how to do work load balancing with examples

Rather than create two threads for the same thing, you can be patient and await an answer, or add another post to the original thread...

Have you read, and tried, the examples in the Clustering manual? (See in the Info Centre, which has a link to it at the top of this page). Have you tried experimentation, to see what happens if you change certain attributes etc,?

Thanks for the replying

I tried to work load balancing in my environment
I created QM1, QM2,QM3 clusters being QM1 and QM2 are full repository and QM3 is partial repository
I created to instances of same queue say Q2 in both QM2 and QM3

Please let me know how to do work load balancing b/w QM2 and QM3
and where my application needs to put message

from your question i assume that you did not read the MQ manuals. Please do that first. especially the clustering manual (if you are already familiar with the mq basics).

Very much as you have it. All you need to do is design & implement the rest of the solution as per the manuals.

I tried to ser CLWLUSEQ(ANY) FOR A QMGR and DEFBIND(NOTFIXED) FOR THE QUEUES WITH THE SAME INSTANCE

WORK LOAD BALANCING IS WORKING FINE
